Lavinia Tankers, a Lavinia Corp./Laskaridis Shipping Co. Ltd. affiliate company based in the Northern suburbs of Athens that manages a modern tanker fleet, is seeking an Environmental/Performance Engineer to join its team.

The successful candidate will be involved in monitoring and analyzing vessel performance, environmental compliance and emissions data, supporting the Company’s ongoing efforts to improve operational efficiency and environmental performance across the fleet.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from NTUA or an equivalent university.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in vessel performance analysis and environmental compliance.
• Good knowledge and understanding of applicable environmental regulations, including CII, EEXI, EU ETS, UK ETS, FuelEU Maritime, and related requirements.
• Ability to analyze vessel performance and emissions data and develop relevant KPIs, including EEOI, SOx, NOx and PM.
• Familiarity with vessel digitalization, telemetry systems and high-frequency data.
• Excellent command of English and strong computer literacy.
• Previous experience with the DANAOS platform will be considered an advantage.
